Li Keng has more than 20 years’ broad-based experience in HR management and leadership, primarily in banking and finance. She has the proven ability to work with senior management to integrate the HR functions within overall business operating strategy. In her role as Chief People and Culture Officer, Li Keng is responsible for driving and implementing the human capital strategy at Amplify Health, to support and enable the company’s business growth. She is based in Singapore. Li Keng holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (major in Human Resource Management). She started her career in Singapore’s public service with the Prime Minister’s Office (Public Service Division).
She left the public service a little more than two years later to join United Overseas Bank as an HR generalist. Li Keng has worked in senior HR leadership roles at national, regional and group level with various banks and financial companies, such as Standard Chartered Bank, Development Bank of Singapore, PayPal and, most recently, Nomura Singapore Ltd. She has led numerous transformative initiatives, including organisation design and development, talent acquisition, and talent management and development.
