13 Governing law and jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Republic of Singapore and any claim relating to the use of this website shall be heard exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, the parties shall at first instance take reasonable efforts to settle and resolve such disputes in good faith and in an amicable manner by negotiation within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days).
