David Frankenfield is an accomplished Data and Analytics expert with 20 years of experience in improving healthcare delivery through innovation. David was Optum's Vice President of Enterprise Data and Analytics where he built and led a global team of 3,300 data, technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) professionals, assembling one of the largest analytics teams in healthcare.

In his role as Chief Data and Analytics Officer, he will lead Amplify Health’s expanding team of highly skilled data and AI professionals. David will drive the development of a state of the art ‘Data and Analytics as a Service’ propositions to deliver better individual consumer and patient outcomes. David holds a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from SUNY Buffalo in the US. He is based in Singapore.
